Valencia Pointe’s inventory was reduced by 6 units last month and there are currently 10 pendings!  If you’re looking to be in Valencia Pointe, time is running out to get a new home!

The deal on spec homes (builder inventory already configured with cabinets, colors etc) is that you get $10,000 towards upgrades taken off their list price and an additional 3% of the purchase price towards your buyer closing costs which should more than cover the costs including a mortgage if you need one!
