Things are really moving over at Valencia Pointe and Valencia Reserve!

Valencia Pointe has its new Home Owners Association run by the residents!  So now there is an official approval process for any new buyers.  GL Homes is almost through selling out their homes.  Below is a list of the current inventory of builder inventory homes.  As you can see there are only 5 left, 3 of which are turn-key furnished!  The Avila (crown series) model row home is under reservation right now but may come back!

Valencia Pointe also has several crown series lots available where the sales center was and a through the parking area which will be built on a 12 month timeline.

Valencia Reserve has a nice inventory but the Builder Inventory homes sell quite fast, especially over the busy weekends when people are in town and out to see the beautiful, new models on Valencia Reserve‘s Model Row.
