Journey’s End is located in Suburban, West Lake Worth, Florida.

Journey’s End is a collaborative development of the builders Westbrooke Homes and Crosswinds Communities built in two sections.  The main section of 318 homes was built by Westbrooke Homes between 1999 and 2001.  The Grande Estates Section was built by Crosswinds Communities between 2000 and 2002.   There are 153 total homes in the Grande Estates section.  The Grande Estates section is one of the few places in Central Palm Beach County to find Courtyard style homes!
