This Saturday at Greystone by GL Homes in Boynton Beach Florida, the furnished models from Model Row will be readied for sale. They will also be selling the 4-5 lots that the Sales Center itself sits on.

The new lots will be about 10-12 months of build time and you can build anything from their floor plan list.

The pricing on the furnished models has not been completely released yet. I do have a sneak peek for you though.

The PEARL model… 3 bedrooms + den, 2.5 baths, 3 car garage, great room concept 2100sf +/-… fully furnished the way you see it now will be sold for approximately $359,900*
The AQUAMARINE model… 5 bedrooms + loft, 4 bathrooms, 2 car garage, full bed/bath downstairs, 3000sf +/-… fully furnished the way you see it now will be around $459,900*

I have the floor plans on my computer if you need a refresher. As per usual, there will be no negotiations, and their furnished home sales will be first come first served.

I am available to you if you would like to overnight a reservation check and get the paperwork started while you are not in town. I am also available for questions at your leisure. Currently there is no set timetable for building Greystone 2…but I know GL is working on it.

Meanwhile, Canyon Trails will be announced July 17th… they will have the Pearl and at least the Aquamarine (per rumor) and possibly one more home. Prices for preconstruction will start in the $260’s plus lot and upgrade premiums. They expect the first home deliveries to be around mid/end of the 1st Quarter of 2011 (not that long!!). Canyon Trails will be located immediately East of Canyon Lakes, directly on Acme Dairy Road and just South of the new Sunset Palms Elementary School. Floorplans will be released to Brokers first on July 17th…so let me know if you would like an update!
