The South Florida Business Journal has reported that Catalfumo Construction and Development, based in Palm Beach Gardens Florida, has been selected as the constructioPalm Beach Gardens Floridan manager for the $30 Million Seahorse Condominium Project in Delray Beach, Florida.

The project is set to begin construction immediately.  The Seahorse has been planned to have of four three-story buildings with 42 luxury condominium residences.

The Seahorse was designed by ACI Architectural Group, a division of STH Architects of West Palm Beach Florida, and developed by the JFP Group. It is to have direct ocean views.
