On July 17th, GL Homes will make a huge announcement.  Just as they are running out of Cedar and Cypress Series lots and homes,
they will be starting Canyon community #4 in Boynton Beach Florida named…

 CANYON TRAILS

Here’s what I know as of today:

• All reports now indicate that this community will be a little heavier on the zero lot line series like Cedar and Cypress.  There are going to be some changes to the floor plan line up as well.  There may be no ASPEN series at all in this community.
• expect as many as 3 floor plans from Greystone to appear in Canyon Trails.  The PEARL which is already there plus the AQUAMARINE are pretty good bets and perhaps the PRINCESS GRAND (??)
• prices will start in the $260K’s… of course this will be before lot premiums and upgrades.  It should be fairly easy though to get a newly built home in Canyon for Under $300K, and probably under $290K.
• **** DELIVERIES ON THE FIRST HOMES WILL COMMENCE IN THE 1st Quarter of 2011!!
